This program is ideal for new clients addressing chronic illness through naturopathic medicine. This path benefits clients who seek the most cost-effective and clinically effective way to make the lifestyle changes necessary to produce optimal results. The program begins with an initial naturopathic visit and then connects you to a Health Coach for support as you reach your treatment goals. It also includes 3 ND follow-ups which provide comprehensive treatment plan revisions and assessments. All through Healthie, our dedicated patient portal.

(4 ND sessions + 6 Coaching Sessions)
($100 savings on your naturopathic care if you sign up for the program as your first session.)

Telehealth Initial ND Consultation
You can choose to have your first session with Dr. Furtado at her pay-per-session rate. This is ideal for clients needing insights and treatment plans every 2-3 months, or on an as-needed basis. We will take a comprehensive look at your current health status, gathering important insights that will help us form a complete picture of your wellness journey. Together, we'll work on defining and refining your health goals to ensure they are clear and attainable. All through Healthie, our dedicated patient portal.
