Are you ready to take control of your health?

Naturopathic medicine is a process focused on treating underlying causes of dis-ease, not symptom management. If you want deep, lasting change, it comes with a clear and individualized plan for your health, sustained lifestyle changes, and a willingness to embrace who you really are: a confident, healthy person ready to live their best life.

We strongly recommend the Full Circle Program as it represents a transformative journey in naturopathic medicine, uniquely designed to address the root causes of dis-ease rather than merely managing symptoms. This program is the optimal path forward for those seeking profound and enduring change in their health and well-being.

Full Circle
Program

After 23 years in practice, Dr. Furtado launched the Full Circle Program to support healthcare goals with Health Coach services. Ideal for new clients addressing chronic illness through lifestyle medicine, it's open to any ND client. The program begins with an initial visit, a 6-week ND follow-up, and then connects clients to a Health Coach for bi-weekly meetings over 3 months. It includes 4 ND follow-ups and 6 Health Coach consultations via Healthie.

Naturopathic Consultations

Sessions with Dr. Furtado are pay-per-session and ideal for clients needing insights and treatment plans every 2-3 months. While perfect for long-term clients, they are open to all. Initially, clients implement a treatment plan and undergo testing, with a follow-up 6-8 weeks later for review and adjustments. Subsequent sessions are every 2 months, extending to 4-6 months as treatment goals are met, eventually moving to annual or as-needed check-ins.
